The beautiful fern house has been sympathetically restored and converted into a showcase displaying the very best from the original farmshop in Gloucestershire: traditional artisan breads from Daylesford’s own bakery; award winning handmade Cheddar and Penyston with seasonal chutneys and savoury biscuits; a selection of excellent meat from the estate in Staffordshire, where animal welfare is of the utmost importance. Daylesford will also help you stock your store cupboard with their own milled flour, pastas and accompanying sauces, mustards, compots, biodynamic juices and wines, salad dressings and preserves and your fridge with the essentials; milk in biodegradable ecolean packaging, yoghurt, butter and eggs.
For an indulgent teatime take away with you home baked cakes, chocolate and ginger biscuits, white chocolate dipped lemon biscuits and traditional Scottish mini shortbread hearts.
The newly opened Restaurant also affords the opportunity to sample from a wide range of organic produce freshly prepared on site.
To complete the Daylesford offer, there is a wide selection of garden accessories available in the newly designed Garden Room adjacent to the Restaurant.
