Situated in the elegant avenues of Maida Vale, this is my second studio after Holland Park Pilates. On the ground floor, is a reception area, changing room, bathroom, and three treatment rooms - one for masssage, one for physio and one for sleep therapy and related therapies.
Our sixty square foot basement has been transformed into a spacious, mirrored studio for Pilates instruction, floored in bamboo, with state-of-the-art machines such as the Reformer and the Cadillac. Leading out the back doors of the studio will be a beautiful Zen garden, sheltered by bamboo and with water features and a seating area.
All our instructors are highly qualified professionals, combining standard Pilates tuition with Clinical Pilates which has a physio element. Sessions are one-to-one, and up to three people.

Parking restrictions for B & C permits apply directly in front of the studio, and there are meters and pay and display on Bristol Gardens and Clifton Villas.
