At our smart new studio, we can offer :

• Fast and accurate diagnosis, followed by effective
  treatment and manipulation to speed recovery and
  prevent further damage.

• Injury prevention and individual strengthening programmes.

• Dancer Pilates to strengthen your technique, enhance your performance and help you to perform at your highest level.

• Pilates will balance your body physically, improve flexibility and increase muscle tone and definition.

State-registered Physiotherapists Ava Katics and Carolyn Bailey have over ten years experience working with dance companies including New Adventures, Rambert Dance Company, Northern Ballet Theatre, Central School of Ballet and Laban Dance Centre. Both are also members of the Physiotherapy Advisory Group to Dance UK.

We even offer discounted off-peak rates to dancers and actors at our friendly, state-of-the-art studio, close to Warwick Avenue tube :
Mondays : 1.00 -5.00pm & Thursdays: 12 - 4.00pm
