Helene has eleven years experience as a chartered physiotherapist and has worked extensively at a high professional level in both Harley Street and Covent Garden private clinics.  Helene has assessed, treated and trained high performance athletes and professional dancers and is a skilled pilates practitioner offering individual rehabilitation and classes.
Helene is highly skilled in all clinical areas of physiotherapy and is committed to professional development, regularly attending postgraduate courses.
